Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 DAYS FOR PROCESSING. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days.  Carrier delays may occur and are beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Pickup Options: Online orders may be picked up during normal operating hours at our store in Ohio City by selecting Pickup as your delivery method. 

Damaged Merchandise:  If your product arrives broken, you may contact us at info@clecandleco.com.
