Shipping Policy

Here at the Cleveland Candle Company we are dedicated to making sure your orders reach their destination in a time efficient and effective manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All product shipments are delivered via USPS Priority shipping, often arriving within 1-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Pickup Options: Online orders may be picked up at any of our 3 locations in Mentor, Coventry, and Ohio City, if they have been selected as your delivery method. Upon the completion of processing your pickup order, we will notify you via phone or email to confirm your order is ready for pickup during the specified location's open business hours. Orders placed during open hours will often be ready in 1-2 business days. Exceptions may apply.
